Tune-Ups
Le Petit
Basic cleaning and lubrication of the drivetrain. Adjust headset, bottom bracket and torque all bolts. Adjust hubs, derailleur and brakes. Check tire sealant level and minor wheel true. Additional charge for any needed parts.
Le Grand
Includes all work in “Le Petit” plus deep cleaning of the drivetrain on the bike, replacement of cables, wipe down frame. Grease pivot through grease port (Yeti, Santa Cruz…). Additional charge for any needed parts.
La Totale
Complete disassembly of the bike. Check and clean all bearings (pivot, hubs, headset and bottom bracket), clean drivetrain in part washer, clean frame. Replace cables and housing. Advanced wheel true with tension balancing. Additional charge for any needed parts.
Le Ou LaLa
Includes all services in La Totale + pivot and suspension service (lower fork and air can) Full Brake Bleed/flush with new fluid. Advanced wheel true with tension balancing. Additional charge for any needed parts.

We believe in perfect bike fit and strongly recommend it. It means the difference between having an awesome experience...or being miserable on your bike. Usually people think bike fitting is reserved for racers or high-level athletes. However, there are different levels of fitting and with a basic fit, everyone can have a bike that is properly adjusted and feels comfortable. So, enjoy your time out there without being in pain. We offer bike fitting that will cover the basics such as seat height and position, handlebar reach, cockpit adjustment, clipin pedal adjustment and suspension set up.
